When you have the chance later. Look at C:\roms\arcade. Or your new default download location. And see if there is any roms inside the arcade folder.

What is odd is that after reboot I will see the different systems pop up for a few seconds then they go away. I have a 128gb Drive that came preinstalled and added a terabyte 2.5 inch drive but I did change the location of downloads to the 2.5 Drive. I wonder if the front in system is reverting back to the 128gb Drive?
