I would say try again if it still will not register do what I mentioned above

Tried it just now, took around 3 minutes in the registering process and responded with:

Unable to process request.
If you think this is an error, then please contact Dreamcade for help.

If the key is stored in the registry, I can try scrubbing it first to see if that's a viable answer, or is the auth failing entirely on the server side?

It wouldnt matter. Your registration needs to be reset on the Dreamcade server or a new registration code needs to be sent to you.

I checked a couple of times now, same response every time without any relevant event viewer logs created...

So yeah, can't use the UI until I get that registration code, or if you tell me where(/how to set) the authorization flag is then i can actually use the system while I wait.

If your Replay is still asking for device registration. Then you should be receiving a new code.

When I first got my Replay, I was able to register it. In the meanwhile, I've added a hard drive...and it's prompting me to register again. When I enter my Dreamcade ID, I get an error message that "Maximum number of devices registered to this key has been reached. If you think this is an error, then please contact Dreamcade for help."

So...help, please?

Dreamcade is having server issues that contains our registration. If its still asking for device registration. Definitely hit up Steve, Trevyn or Alex on the forum.

Just posting to say I have the same issue. I'll reach out to the people named above but I really don't want to wait days for a response on what should not be an issue. If I can't use the device, I don't want it!
