How I can play nes and snes games stretched on full screen?

Any system that is running on MAME emulation, only runs certain aspect ratio.
Example.
NES, play any rom for Nintendo. Hit tab on the keyboard, scroll to Video Options, you should see Standard (4:3) and Pixel Aspect (16:15), and Cocktail. These choices won't be what you are looking for. You will need a separate emulator like Nestopia to give you stretch "full" screen.
